How can you choose size:
Sizes are standard, if you have small hands and nails, order size XS or S, if bigger, try with M or L 🥰
If you are not sure, better take bigger size than smaller, because you can always custom them using file!

How you can measure nails:
Just use measuring tape, hold horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail and check how many mm you have.
